Appropriate Use and Reports Data Disclaimer
The tools, charts, reports and other educational materials contained or displayed on Asset Camp are proprietary to Darby Creek Advisors and constitute valuable intellectual property. The tools, charts, reports, videos, and other materials may not be copied, photographed, recorded, downloaded, reproduced, or in any other way used or otherwise disseminated in any form to any person or entity without the express, prior written consent of Darby Creek Advisors.
MSCI Data
Asset Camp contains information (the “Information”) sourced from MSCI Inc., its affiliates or information providers (the “MSCI Parties”) and may have been used to calculate scores, ratings or other indicators. The Information is for internal use only, and may not be reproduced/redisseminated in any form, or used as a basis for or a component of any financial instruments or products or indices.

The information we collect depends on how you interact with our website.
We built Asset Camp from the ground up with privacy in mind.
We use Matomo analytics to collect the anonymous analytics data below:
- Usage data — when you visit our site, we will store: the website from which you visited us, the parts of our site you visit, the date and duration of your visit, your anonymized IP address, information from the device (device type, operating system, screen resolution, language, country you are located in, and web browser type) you used during your visit, browser recordings, and more. We process this usage data in Matomo Analytics for statistical purposes, to improve our site, and to recognize and stop any misuse.
- Cookies — we use cookies (small data files transferred onto computers or devices by sites) for record-keeping purposes and to enhance functionality on our site. You may deactivate or restrict the transmission of cookies by changing the settings of your web browser. Cookies that are already stored may be deleted at any time.

Signing up for Communication or Our Services
If you decide to subscribe to our emails or sign up for our services we collect the following data.
When subscribing to notifications regarding Asset Camp membership enrollment, you submit to us your email address, geolocation (via IP address), and name (depending on your email settings), which is stored by ActiveCampaign LLC, our email platform, in accordance with our agreement with ActiveCampaign LLC. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time and request that your information is erased.
Using Deadline Funnel (integrated with email) we collect cookies and IP addresses to facilitate special offers.
By subscribing to Asset Camp, you consent to our storage and use of the personal data that concerns you and that you have willingly and voluntarily transmitted to us. Darby Creek Advisors collects and stores only your email and the personal name that you submitted during signup and account creation for Asset Camp. Webinars; Advertising and Data Use on Social Media Platforms
X/Twitter
We engage in targeted advertising campaigns on X (formerly known as Twitter) to present our most relevant products to you. By participating in our webinars, you agree that we may collect data such as your participation level, webinar attendance, engagement metrics, purchases, name, email, cookie IDs, device IDs, phone numbers, and other personally identifiable information (PII). Some of this information may be anonymous or hashed This information helps us track the effectiveness of our advertising and improve our marketing strategies.
We use tools such as conversion tracking and custom audiences provided by X, which involve uploading your data to X, to refine our advertising campaigns. This includes PII and data from cookies or similar technologies that track your interactions with our ads and products.
Much of this information is collected directly by X through their privacy practices. We also share specific data with X to enhance our advertising efforts.
Zoom
We use Zoom Webinars to operate our webinars. By registering for and participating in our webinars, you consent to our and Zoom’s processing of your personal data in accordance with this privacy policy and Zoom’s Privacy Statement. Information shared may include your name, email address, participation details, chat messages, device and network information, and location data.

Some of our webinars are recorded. When you join a webinar you can see if it is being recorded. These recordings are made available for others to view. You cannot be seen or heard on these recordings. However, if you ask a question or join a chat your chosen username will be visible to others and recorded.
Meta
We use Meta for advertising and analytics and may share users’ engagement metrics, purchases, name, email, cookie IDs, device IDs, phone numbers, and other personally identifiable information (PII) with Meta for these purposes.
This is done only with permission, either on our website, or when you interact with our ads through Meta’s platform. When we share information with Meta, Meta is acting as a data processor and is strictly and legally limited in how they are able to use this data. You can read specifics in their Data Processing Terms. You have a right to opt-out and have your information permanently deleted.
We also run lead generation ads on Meta platforms, where users may voluntarily provide their contact details (such as name, email address, or phone number) by filling out forms. When you provide this information, it is collected by Meta and shared with us for the purpose of providing you with relevant offers or information. We handle your data according to our privacy policy and applicable laws and ensure it is only used for the intended purposes. Claspo
We use Claspo to conduct voluntary surveys of users. Claspo may collect IP addresses and any information you willingly submit in a survey, including contact information. We have signed a DPA with Claspo, which you can read here.
Google, Including YouTube
We use Google for advertising and analytics and may share users’ engagement metrics; purchases; cookie identifiers, internet protocol (IP) addresses, and device identifiers; client identifiers; precise location data; names; email addresses; partner-provided identifiers; data relating to individuals used to create and collaborate on reports, graphs; and charts and other personally identifiable information (PII) with Google for these purposes.
This is done only with permission, either on our website, or when you interact with our ads through Google’s platforms. How Will Your Information Be Used?
Subscribers to dedicated Asset Camp email lists have their email, IP address, geolocation, and name stored by ActiveCampaign LLC, our email platform. We use this platform to securely email all of our subscribers and by submitting your email, you consent to receive emails and occasional promotions from Asset Camp. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
We use ActiveCampaign to gather statistics about email openings and clicks as well as to track users’ interactions with our website and other content. This allows us to better understand how the site is used, better serve our users, understand users’ interests, and run/improve our marketing. You can read ActiveCampaign’s privacy policy here.
Using Deadline Funnel (integrated with email) we collect cookies and IP addresses to facilitate special offers. You can find Deadline Funnel’s Privacy Policy here.
We use X/Twitter, Meta, and Google (including YouTube) for advertising and analytics and may share users’ names, emails, ad interactions, IP addresses, purchase behavior, location, devices, identifiers, and more (see below) for these purposes. We only advertise to United States customers and never intentionally advertise or share information of those outside the U.S. In this case, X/Twitter, Meta, and Google are acting as a data processor and are strictly and legally limited in how they can use this data. Members of Asset Camp have only their email and submitted given names stored. This data is necessary for us to maintain your account, contact you about upcoming events, newsletters, additional site benefits, promotions, and other mutually agreed-upon reasons. By signing up for Asset Camp, you agree and specifically allow us to contact you in this manner unless you otherwise specifically notify us in writing. Members’ payment information is also processed through and stored with Stripe Inc.
If you are part of our affiliate program or sign up for Asset Camp after being referred by an affiliate link, your information is used as outlined above.
We use Claspo to conduct voluntary surveys of users. Claspo may collect IP addresses and any information you willingly submit in a survey, including contact information. We use this information to help understand users, create marketing content, and contact and market to customers with permission. We have signed a DPA with Claspo, which you can read here.
With Whom Will Your Information Be Shared
Without your consent, Darby Creek Advisors does not sell, rent or otherwise transmit your personal data to third parties, outside those used to maintain or operate the website and services or when it may be necessary by law, litigation, or legitimate requests from government authorities within or outside your country of residence. Our necessary third-party affiliates are listed in the table below. We have signed data processing agreements with each of these companies. Payment Transactions

Protection of Personal Information
Darby Creek Advisors takes the security of your personal information very seriously. We have implemented security procedures, rules and technical measures to protect the personal data that we have under our control from: • Unauthorized access; • Improper use or disclosure; • Unauthorized modification. Our employees, who have access to and are associated with the process of personal data, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of our visitors’ and supporters’ personal data.
If you believe your personal information has been transmitted by Darby Creek Advisors to a third party in violation of this agreement, please notify us immediately and we will take action to resolve the matter in a timely fashion.
With a simple request, we can delete or correct, in case of mistake, your personal information which is held by Darby Creek Advisors.

General Data Protection Regulation
Your Rights Under the GDPR. If you are a citizen or a resident of a country in the European Union, the GDPR grants you the following rights:
a. Access to Your Personal Data. You have the right to receive a copy of your personal data that is subject to processing by Asset Camp. Ordinary requests will be granted without charge to you within one calendar month of when you make the request. In cases of excessive, unreasonable, or repeated requests we may charge you a reasonable fee and may require additional time to grant your request. Also, we may use reasonable means to confirm your identity before granting any request for data so as to prevent granting fraudulent requests.
b. To have Your Data Corrected. If Your personal data is erroneous or outdated, You have the right to have it corrected. To do so, please contact us at help@assetcamp.com.
c. To be Forgotten. You have the right to be forgotten by Darby Creek Advisors. You may exercise this right by filling out this form and emailing it to help@assetcamp.com. We will comply with your request, at no charge to you, within one calendar month by deleting your account, along with all of your personally-identifiable data that is subject to any Asset Camp processing. Naturally, after we grant your request you will not have access to Asset Camp unless and until you open a new account. We may use reasonable means to confirm your identity before granting any request for data so as to prevent the granting of fraudulent requests.
d. To Restrict Processing of Your Data. You can request that your data not be processed via Darby Creek Advisors’ partners. If you wish, you can even specify which third parties to restrict from processing your data. We will respond to your request, at no charge to you, within thirty (30) days from when you make your request. Please be advised that some of our partners, e.g., Stripe Inc., are essential to Asset Camp services, so that if you block processing by them, our services may be unavailable to you.
e. Portability. You have the right to receive a copy of your personal data that is subject to processing by Darby Creek Advisors in a portable format, or to have it transferred directly from us to another party. Ordinary requests will be granted without charge to you within one calendar month of when you make the request. We may use reasonable means to confirm your identity before granting any request to transfer data to you or another party, so as to prevent granting fraudulent requests.

Memberships, Trial Subscriptions, Cancellation, and Refunds
Memberships
Membership to Asset Camp is by annual subscription. In order to access the portfolio tools and reports you agree to pay the annual subscription price. Your credit card will be charged annually.
If your credit card payment fails, we’ll contact you. If we can’t resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend your account.
Darby Creek Advisors reserves the right to change what is offered as part of Asset Camp subscriptions, as well as change the price. All members of Asset Camp are subject to price changes when implemented.
All content is hosted on robust and secure third-party platforms including WP Engine, Vimeo and Amazon Web Services. Your credit card information is processed and stored by Stripe Inc. Everything is done to avoid any slowdown or unexpected downtime of the services, but it is not possible to guarantee these slowdowns will not occur, or to foresee any downtime.
No network or server problem or any other breakdown can be covered under any warranty.
No repayment can be considered for any break or stop of the services, damage or data loss except under extreme circumstances where any such outage lasts beyond seven (7) consecutive days, in which case, a prorata refund may be offered at the sole discretion of Asset Camp.
Trial Subscriptions
Asset Camp, by default, offers a free 7-day trial of Asset Camp’s full set of tools, reports, webinars, and educational content to all new accounts.
Your free trial lasts 7 days from, and will begin immediately after, you finish confirming the creation of your new Asset Camp account.
Unless you cancel your trial/account, your annual subscription will begin automatically at the conclusion of the trial, and you will be charged the annual subscription price (minus any applied promotional discounts).
You may cancel your trial/account at any time by visiting your account page linked in the top right corner on app.assetcamp.com.
Along with a confirmation from Asset Camp, you will be sent a detailed notification and receipt of your free trial from Stripe, our payment processor, regarding the start and billing details of your trial.
Asset Camp will send you an email one day before the end of your free trial reminding you that your subscription is about to begin and that your payment method will be charged unless you cancel.
We ask for your credit card information as part of our free trials in order to confirm trial eligibility.
Once a credit card number has been used to access a free trial account, that credit card is not eligible for future free trials of Asset Camp. Additional trial periods may be granted to users at Asset Camp’s discretion.
Asset Camp does not offer refunds for Asset Camp subscriptions, but if you feel your subscription began without sufficient notification or in error, please reach out to Asset Camp directly within 10 business days of the charge posting to your payment method and will work with you to address the situation.
If possible, please reach out to Asset Camp directly before issuing a chargeback or dispute with your card company or bank. Asset Camp will of course work with any issued disputes or chargebacks, but corrections to your account billing can be handled much faster if you contact Asset Camp directly first. Transparency, privacy, and honesty are important to us and how we handle your payments.

Cancellations
You may cancel your annual subscription at any time.
You will continue to have access to your Asset Camp account and tools until your subscription expires one year after your initial subscription start date.
Subscription Refunds
Asset Camp does not currently offer full or pro-rata refunds for annual subscriptions. Individual exceptions in extreme circumstances are at the discretion of Asset Camp, except as otherwise stated in these terms.
Delivery/Shipping Policy
Asset Camp’s education materials are online in nature and are delivered via hosted video, audio and written content.
